This series is delivered as three focused workshops, each exploring a specific area of the body. 

Shoulder Pain in Yoga Practice

Covers common shoulder conditions including rotator cuff-related pain, tendinopathy, and instability.

Explores how symptoms present in weight-bearing and overhead positions, including chaturanga and downward dog, and how to modify practice to reduce strain.

Knee Pain in Yoga Practice

Focuses on knee pain in yoga, including meniscus irritation, osteoarthritis, and ligament or hypermobility-related presentations.

Examines how the knee responds to deep flexion, kneeling, and rotation, with practical strategies to adapt poses and support joint health.

Lower Back Pain in Yoga Practice

Explores different types of lower back pain, including non-specific pain, disc-related presentations, and nerve-related symptoms.

Covers how back pain responds to movement and how to adapt forward folds, backbends, and transitions appropriately.
