Booking Information
After booking, you will receive a separate payment email with instructions.
Appointments are provisionally reserved at the time of booking and confirmed once payment has been received.
Payment is required within 24 hours to secure your appointment time. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the appointment may be released.
Once payment has been received, you will receive a second email confirming your appointment, including your Rehab Guru Telehealth link and session details.
In-person sessions (where available) are offered at the same rates as online sessions.
Physio for Yoga sessions may be eligible for private health insurance rebates under your physiotherapy cover.
Eligibility and rebate amounts depend on your health fund and level of cover. Please check with your health fund to confirm that your session is eligible and to find out what rebate you may be entitled to.
You can also check your eligibility and available rebate through Tyro Health during the payment process.
If your health fund is not supported by Tyro Health, an itemised receipt can be provided so that you can submit the claim directly to your health fund.
