A structured 8-week programme designed to improve a specific area of yoga practice through assessment, progression, and refinement.
The programme begins with a detailed movement analysis of a chosen yoga posture or movement pattern. From this, a personalised exercise plan is created to guide development over the 8 weeks.
Progress is reviewed across three follow-up sessions, with movement reassessed and exercises progressed accordingly.
