Information may also be collected through Rehab Guru, Google Calendar, or Google Meet where applicable.

To provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and exercise programmes.

To manage bookings, invoicing, and payments.

To maintain accurate clinical records.

To communicate with you regarding your care.

Rehab Guru for telehealth, exercise programmes, and record storage.

Stripe for secure payment processing.

Government agencies or funding bodies (e.g. NDIS, or Home Care Package providers) where required for claims processing or legal compliance.

Private health insurers, where applicable, for the purpose of processing claims and rebates.

Other healthcare professionals with your consent, or where required by law.

6) Overseas disclosure

Some service providers may store or process data outside Australia. Reasonable steps are taken to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

Reasonable steps are taken to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.

Access to records is restricted and systems are password protected.

8) Retention of records

Clinical records are retained for at least 7 years from the date of last entry.

For children, records are retained until the client turns 25 years old.

Requests will be responded to within a reasonable timeframe.

10) Complaints

If you believe your privacy has been breached, please contact Online Yoga Physio first.
